RM plc has been informed that on 28 October 2011 the following Directors purchased shares.

Martyn Ratcliffe, Executive Chairman, purchased 1,250,000 2p ordinary shares at a price of 65 pence per share. His beneficial holding now stands at 1,250,000 2p ordinary shares, which represents 1.34% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.

Jo Connell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 35,000 2p ordinary shares at a price of 68.14 pence per share. Her beneficial holding now stands at 35,000 2p ordinary shares, which represents 0.04% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
