 Many RM products have now been confirmed as NOT VULNERABLE for full details please see TEC article reference TEC3866983.

Customers may have been made aware of the 'Heartbleed' OpenSSL vulnerability which was revealed on the evening of the 7th April 2014.  This vulnerability poses a serious risk to many encrypted internet services deployed by companies across the globe.

 

RM has invoked major incident response processes in order to identify the impact on our customers and define plans to mitigate against this vulnerability.  We are working to identify any potentially exposed services and are in the process of rolling out patches to affected systems that have already been identified.
