This includes products that are resold by RM, generally under a manufacturer brand name, e.g. Epson or HP, along with some RM-branded products where the warranty is provided by a third party. It does not cover warranty for RM's own PCs, notebooks, tablets or servers which are covered separately in the Knowledge Library. The table is arranged in A-Z manufacturer order, with hot-links to their support website pages where available. The other columns reflect the third party's requirement for who should contact them. Some insist that RM contacts them, others prefer you, the end customer, to contact them directly. This document is intended to help you find the right contact for third-party warranty issues.
