Discuss the benefits of becoming a Kaleidos Content Partner.
Virtual Learning Environments are growing in popularity, with schools demanding tools to effectively store, manage and organise their digital resources. Kaleidos is RM's Virtual Teaching and Learning Environment, which helps schools to meet these needs.
As Kaleidos is used in an increasing number of schools and authorities, there are increasing opportunities for digital content providers to create Learning Objects which can be utilised in the VTLE, and sold as commercial content packs.
A Learning Object is a resource or activity that delivers a specific Learning Outcome. In Kaleidos, these Learning Objects can be mapped to Curriculum Objectives, helping teachers to organise and use them more effectively.
What does the Content Partner Programme offer?
RM supports digital content providers in the development of commercial content packs by providing the following:
Documentation on how to create a content pack for Kaleidos.
Technical support and feedback regarding your content pack.
Marketing support and promotion through Content Partner Programme activity.
Opportunity to discuss distribution possibilities with RM, without any obligation.
Content Partner Events to share industry knowledge, forthcoming opportunities and network with other Content Partners.
It is free to join the programme, and available to any provider of digital content, regardless of any association with RM.
How do I join the Programme?
Please download and review the document below entitled 'Guidelines for Potential Partners'. This provides an overview of the requirements for creating a pack. Once you have read this, please contact isv@rm.com, with the reference 'CPP', and we will arrange for a review of your content in order to support you in creating your pack.
This document is intended to help potential partners to decide whether their content is suitable for Kaleidos
