Overview:

This document covers what you need to do to connect an Ascend Router (P50) to an RM SchoolShare System or Peer-2-Peer network

Procedure:

Important

• These instructions are based on setting up the Ascend Router (P50). If your router does not look like the picture below contact RM Support
• Do no try to set up the router until you have read the Release Note in the box
• You must connect the yellow and blue cables as shown below otherwise you could damage the router

1. Make the connections to your router, hub and ISDN line as shown in the diagram below:

2. Check that the lights shown in the diagram below are working correctly:
