Supporting ICT projects in Africa We know what a difference properly applied ICT can make to schools in this country, which is why we will be donating £5 for every PC traded-in that is successfully re-marketed, to worthwhile ICT projects in Africa.
Simple, efficient, and safe Our recovery and recycling partner BTR, will make the process of trading in easy. They will collect, palletise loose kit and wrap for transportation. Once at their treatment facility, they will destroy any data remaining on the PCs before deciding whether to send them to be efficiently recycled or for re-use. And because BTR are an AATF (approved authorised treatment facility) PCs recovered will count towards the UK's WEEE recycling targets.
