Warranty Information
The RM MoveIT minibus unit comes with a fully inclusive standard 12 month on-site warranty that the product is free from defects in material or workmanship and a Lifetime Return to Base (RTB) parts and labour cover thereafter*.
This warranty will not apply if the defect is attributable (in the sole discretion of CompuCharge®) to:
* the fair wear and tear, willful damage, negligence of the buyer, misapplication or abnormal storage of the product;
* the product being altered, modified or repaired by someone other than CompuCharge®;
* the buyer failing to follow the product instructions as to the use and maintenance of the product;
* any other similar cause.
These warranties are expressly in lieu of any other implied warranties.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this warranty (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

*Please note in the unlikely event that the unit needs to be returned to Compucharge, it is the customer's responsibility to return the unit and incur any costs involved.
Products received that are defective on arrival must be reported to RM within 14 days of delivery of the product.
