In the UK, SMART Technologies products (eg SMART Board Interactive whiteboards & SMART Projectors) are distributed and supported by Steljes Ltd. Steljes Ltd operates an upgrade warranty service for product located in Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. This is in addition to SMART's Standard Warranty.
To claim the free Steljes upgrade warranty, schools must register all serial numbers within 60 days from the date of delivery. Register products at www.activatemywarranty.co.uk
Please note: If you have missed the 30 or 60 day registration window, the good news is that you can still register, but a charge for late registration will apply. SMART Speaker Warranty
- 1 year return to base (Standard)
- 1 year on-site (if registered)
If you have purchased an 'Enhanced' warranty pack to extend warranty beyond the upgrade period (i.e extending a SMART Board to 5 years onsite), you will receive a warranty pack with the goods - this MUST be registered within 30 days of receipt or charges will apply.
