All orders and quotes are kept in my account. My Account gives you an easy online gateway into RM's information systems, giving you a great opportunity to keep up to date with the current activity between your establishment and RM, as well as making use of archived information. Where are the products?
Just go to your appropriate sector (e.g. Primary) via the home page and the catalogue is displayed on the right-hand side.

What do I do if there's a problem with my order/an item is missing?
Please remember to check that what you have received matches the dispatch note before signing for a delivery by courier and make sure that the items are not being delivered separately.
You are under no obligation to accept delivery if you are unhappy for whatever reason. We ask that you notify us of any other issues within 5 days.
Call RM Order management on 01235 826930 for further assistance. Please note that any missing items must be notified to RM within 28 days of order receipt.
Can I get proof of delivery for my order?
You can obtain proof of delivery (POD) for all hardware and software goods, within days of their despatch. If goods have been sent with either Business Post or Parceline, then PODs can be obtained by clicking on the POD icon on your RM.com order detail page within my account .
Alternatively, and for other carriers, PODs can be obtained by calling the RM General Enquiries line on 08450 700300 and asking for Order Management.
