FREE DRAW - TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROMOTER: RM Education Limited, New Mill House, 183 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon OX14 4SE ("RM")

  1. Once RM produces a quotation for the Educational Institution, they will be automatically entered into this free draw.
  2. By entering the free draw in this way you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and you will therefore be legally bound by them.
  3. No responsibility is accepted by RM for lost, undelivered or indecipherable or incomprehensible entries. Only those entries received before the relevant closing time shall be entered into the free draw.
  4. Only one entry per Educational Institution, which include schools, colleges and universities. Multiple quotes will not receive multiple entries.
  5. This free draw is not open to RM's employees, families or agents or anyone connected with the administration of this free draw.
  6. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
  7. The free draw will run from 7 November 2012 until midnight on 21 December 2012.
  8. The winners shall be notified within 28 days after the closing date.
  9. Prizes will be delivered to the winners before 1 May 2013.
  10. Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  11. Winners will be contacted via email and the winners' names shall be displayed on RM's website.
  12. The prize per winner is 1 coffee machine worth up to the value of £380 RRP. There are 20 coffee machines in total to be won. The image used is only a representation, RM reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  13. There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-transferable and are subject to availability.
  14. Prizes can only be delivered to a valid UK address.
  15. Upon entry into a free draw a contestant will automatically give permission for use of personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found at www.rm.com.
  16. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, RM exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
