Integration and Deployment

Apple Class Set
We've got services to set up the MacBook Pro and deploy your new iPad or iPod touch Class Set devices. We'll install your free apps and demonstrate how to transfer content to and from the devices. We can set up your accessories such as Time Capsule, to backup the devices, and Apple TV, to allow a teacher to show their iPad activity on a large display to their class.

Apple and Microsoft - together on the same network
Many schools have Macs that they want to use alongside their Microsoft network. To help, we can deliver an integration service so pupils and teachers can use the same username and password to access their saved work and shared folders from any PC or Mac station on the network. We can do this for any Microsoft Active Directory network (including Community Connect™).

Apple Support from RM Education vs AppleCare

AppleCare's software support does not cover any network integration issues. It is a basic support service covering issues such as how to use the OS X operating system and using audio. Most customers utilise AppleCare for their hardware support. RM Education has extensive knowledge of the educational network environment and in particular Windows/Community Connect integration.

With the significant increase of Apple technologies within education, RM Education has teamed up with a number of Apple Authorised Training Providers.

We offer a diverse range, ranging from server- and application-based training and certification, to courses designed to help you manage iOS devices, all of which can be ordered direct with RM Education.
