GarageBand turns the Mac into a full-fledged studio for recording podcasts, songs and other audio. And with iMovie, you can make your own documentaries and short films and edit them like a pro. Whatever students can imagine, iLife can help them express it.

iLife in the Classroom
Every Mac includes iLife, a suite of digital content creation applications that enables teachers to design even more engaging lessons and students to create even more dynamic projects. We'll show you just how easy it is in this interactive session as we work through our own education project. We'll also look at the new iBooks and how dynamic, interactive learning materials can be created for use on iPads by students.
Apple Mobile Devices
With the launch of the new iPad there's even more hype about Apple mobile devices. There have been many articles and news reports on their use in education both in the UK and abroad. This interactive session will guide you through how to engage students by giving them more freedom to explore and learn independently.
Deploying Apple Mobile Devices in Schools
There are a variety of ways to deploy and manage these devices in a school environment.
This session will help you to consider all the options available to you and help you to implement
Apple mobile devices in your school. We will also explore several products and processes that can make the whole process more manageable.

As an Education Specialist I work closely with our customers both in the RM REAL Centre and visiting schools. I'm lucky enough to be able to witness how our products and services can create an exciting and engaging learning experience for young people and make the lives of educators easier and more enjoyable! Seeing the positives of what we do makes me even more determined that this should happen with all our customers and not a select few! Before I started at RM Education I was a teacher for 8 years and a school network manager so I have first-hand experience of what our customers deal with on a daily basis.
