  • Seamless safeguarding: Log and track communication more efficiently with direct CPOMS synching.

Smarter calling with real time student parent context

RM Voice can now display key MIS information automatically, helping your staff identify callers instantly and move seamlessly between systems.

Screen pop up enhancements include:

  • Automatic display of MIS contact details before, during, or after a call

  • Screen pop ups from live calls, call history, voicemail, or the MIS contact list

  • One click access for Bromcom and Arbor users into the individual MIS record by selecting the MIS logo

  • Direct navigation between linked child and parent contacts

This means fewer manual searches, faster conversations, and improved record accuracy.

Court order notifications

Where contacts are flagged in your MIS, the phone system will now provide clear visual alerts to support safer call handling.

Features include:

  • Notifications for incoming, outgoing and connected calls

  • Yellow highlights and caution icons for flagged contacts

  • Visibility of alerts before calling an MIS contact

This ensures staff are informed before engaging and can follow the appropriate safeguarding procedures.

CPOMS Integration

Staff can now create CPOMS incidents straight from the VoIP interface, removing the need to switch systems or rely on memory after calls.

Capabilities include:

  • Create incidents from live calls, call history, or voicemails

  • Support for both incoming and outgoing interactions

  • Save drafts and return later

  • Automatic flagged reminders to complete incident records

This supports faster, more accurate safeguarding reporting and reduces admin.
