Workshop session 1 We'll break down the 6 core DfE standards that every trust should aim to meet by 2030. We’ll discuss why these standards were created, what they consist of, and how to align your IT provision with your trust’s broader educational strategy. |

Workshop session 2 In small, facilitated groups, you will perform a high-level "RAG" (red-amber-green) audit of your current trust provision. This peer-to-peer session allows you to share challenges and identify common pain points with fellow SLT members in a supportive environment. |

Workshop session 3 Knowledge is only useful if it’s actionable. In this final practical session, you will translate your audit findings into a high-level plan.
