Data Protection Complaints
RM takes its responsibilities towards data protection very seriously. RM is the data controller for some sets of data, including but not limited to its employee data and data of its consumer customers. It is also the data processor for customers, suppliers and other third parties, managing and processing their personal data.
RM publishes the following policies relating to data protection.

Privacy Notice for Candidates. This summarises how RM collects and processes data of candidates who may apply, or have applied, for job roles. A link to can be found on our Careers website.
Data Protection Policy. This summarises RM’s approach to data protection and outlines the steps we take in order to meet all relevant legal obligations. A copy of this policy is available on request.
Data Protection Complaints Policy. Individuals have a right to complain about how their personal data has been collected and processed. This policy sets out how individuals can make a complaint.
