Environmental,
Social, and
Governance (ESG)
Every day, in everything we do at RM we’re enriching the lives of learners worldwide.
We believe education should be accessible, for everyone. Because when education works for more people, the future gets better for all of us.
Fairness
Access and opportunity for all learners, regardless of background, geography or age.
Effectiveness
Learning that's engaging and relevant - whether you're at school or getting a qualification as an adult.
Recognition
Assessments that are more relevant and adaptable - so every learner can be recognised for what they can do.
Our ESG commitments
ESG is part of everything we do, including the code we write, the products we launch and the partners we choose. You can read about our 2026 commitments in our e-book.

Our social purpose in action
Annual volunteering programme
Back by popular demand, colleagues have delivered the 2025 SEND volunteering programme. Teams from across the business nominated local primary schools and spent time in classrooms, showing how our most in-demand SEND focused resources work in real lessons.
Our Resources business creates educational resources that make learning more engaging, inclusive and hands on for school children everywhere. Teachers and SEND coordinators told us they really valued the live demonstrations and the chance to trial new resources tailored to their learners. Many have already started using the products gifted in their teaching It is great to see our people bringing our commitment to life to make learning more accessible, inclusive and fair, for every learner, everywhere.
I just wanted to take a moment to reach out with my thanks for the recent visit to our organisation. We are incredibly grateful for Sam Walby's visit and support, as a mainstream school that has neurodiverse children, these products have made a huge impact for all students. Thank you! Our young people will benefit so much from the opportunities and enrichment.

Brighter futures in association with HP
Alfie Beckett
Meet Alfie, RM’s champion for HP’s Brighter Futures scheme.
The scheme helps schools upgrade to new devices while also making a positive impact on the environment. When schools purchase new HP equipment, they can trade in old devices. These are either recycled for parts, refurbished, or donated to schools in developing countries. Schools also receive cashback rewards in return. As champion Alfie is extremely proud RM have been awarded HP Partner of the Year. This award specifically recognises RM's ability to scale the Brighter Future's program across large Multi Academy Trusts. The partnership has successfully addressed the 'triple' challenge facing the education sector: shrinking budgets, aging hardware, and sustainability targets from the DfE. RM has enabled schools to secure up to £150 per device in cashback, significantly higher than standard trade-in values. One of RM's standout successes involved supporting a trust to renew its hardware across five schools, saving them nearly £12k in the first six months through trade-in rewards. For Alfie, the best part is hearing stories like these from schools about how they’ve used their rewards
Gender pay equity
