Gender Pay Report

Companies in the UK with more than 250 employees are now required by law to publish information relating to their gender pay. 
This needs to be published for each legal entity.

Employers must report the following four types of figures annually:

  • Mean and median gender pay gap (hourly earnings)
  • Mean and median gender bonus gap (for those receiving a bonus)
  • The proportion of men and women that received a bonus
  • The proportion of men and women working in different pay quartiles
