Our aim is to provide you with the best products and service possible.  If you feel we have not achieved this, then please let us know.  At RM we are keen to learn about your experiences so that we can put things right as soon as possible and prevent it happening again.

 

Making a complaint with RM
You can raise a complaint with RM in the way that suits you best.  All complaints are treated in the same way, regardless of how the complaint is made.  If you are already dealing with someone at RM, you can ask them to register your complaint for you.  Alternatively you can:

  • Call 08450 700300 and ask to register a complaint with RM
  • Click on the 'Contact Us' link which can found at the top left-hand corner of this and all RM Education web pages. Just choose "Complaints and Feedback" as the nature of your message, complete the form and submit
  • Email the member of RM you are already dealing with, or Customer Experience: ce@rm.com
  • Write to us at the following address:

If you are unhappy with the way we are managing your complaint
If you're unhappy with the response you are receiving from RM, you can escalate your concerns to us in the following ways:

Email: ce@rm.com
Telephone: 08450 700 300, asking to speak to RM's Customer Experience Team
Letter: RM Customer Experience, RM Education Ltd, 183 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxford OX14 4SE

We will then ensure that:

  • Your complaint is reviewed
  • Your concerns are escalated accordingly within RM
  • An appropriate member of staff contacts you to address these and agree a way forward
