RM is holding an exclusive, closed-door dinner for a small group of senior leaders in general and professional qualifications. The aim is to move beyond the ‘how to’ of assessment and explore the experiences of the individual sitting them. We’d like to discuss what defines a brilliant experience as we look to 2030, what could get in the way, and what we might be holding on to that no longer serve the candidate.

We are delighted the evening will be chaired by Carolyn Dawson at Future Forum. She will open the session by looking at how other industries have navigated similar shifts, ensuing a move to digital isn’t just a technical change, but a meaningful improvement on what came before.
