More than a provider:
A partner in equity
At RM Technology, we believe that a learner’s potential should never be limited by their background or ability. Technology is the great equaliser, but only if everyone has a seat at the digital table. Through our strategic partnerships, we go beyond delivering hardware – we deliver opportunity.
Choosing RM Technology means gaining access to an ecosystem of industry leaders (subject to availability/logistics, costs and service compatibility)

60 Year 8 and 9 students took part in a dedicated, fully funded experience day at Brands Hatch, delivered through our partnership with HP and Intel. As part of HP’s ongoing community outreach programme, the initiative provides sponsored secondary schools with transport, organisation, and a full day of hands-on learning with the MB Motorsport team.
In this case, the school selected a mix of gifted and talented students and lower aspiration students, with the goal of building confidence and showcasing a range of career opportunities beyond motorsport.
The morning session was highly interactive, featuring challenges such as:
- Designing and testing a “Protect the Driver” solution using a set budget and materials.
- Completing a maths-based tyre strategy task supported by team engineers.
- Touring the paddock and garage of the youngest race team in British Touring Cars, including a Q&A and meet-and-greet with the driver.
The afternoon session focused on creativity and teamwork, where students:
- Created team names, logos, and values.
- Designed innovations to improve fan engagement, driver safety, or environmental sustainability.
- Presented their concepts to mentors and were scored on creativity, teamwork, and attitude.
The winning team received free tickets for themselves and their families to attend next year’s race. The event was a resounding success, receving overwhelmingly positive feedback from students, teachers, and organisers alike.

Working in partnership with HP, this event has been designed for the education sector. Hosted at the Gherkin in London, this is an opportunity to:
- Experience firsthand how HP’s latest technology is enhancing digital learning, student engagement, and IT management.
- Gain insights into HP’s advanced security features designed to protect student and staff data in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
- Explore HP’s commitment to eco-friendly technology and how it can help institutions reduce their carbon footprint.
- Be among the first to preview HP’s next-generation devices and solutions tailored for modern classrooms and hybrid learning.
- Connect with HP education specialists and industry experts for hands-on demos, best practices, and in-depth insights.

In collaboration with HP, this inspiring workshop introduces students to real-world career journeys through personal stories from HP employees, highlighting challenges and valuable lessons learned.
By showcasing diverse experiences - including those from underrepresented backgrounds - the workshop fosters social mobility and encourages students to explore career paths they may not have previously considered. Each World of Work session is adaptable, designed in consultation with the Trust and shaped by student feedback.
Sessions can include:
- Insights into various job roles.
- First-hand accounts of career journeys.
- CV masterclasses and LinkedIn workshops focused on personal profile building.
- Interactive activities such as "design your own laptop," knowledge sharing, and idea generation.

Sixth-form students from Ricards Lodge High School recently attended a HP World of Work day. Designed to equip students with essential skills for entering the workforce, the event featured a programme that included discussions on the Future of Tech, a CV masterclass, and hands-on Tech Workshops.

Research conducted by the King’s Trust in 2024 found that a third of young people worry that they do not have the digital skills to get a good job. Addressing this concern from early years into KS2 and beyond, our one-day workshop builds strong foundations for students in programming and other technical skills.
The Programming Pathway has been designed to explore playful strategies through hands-on activities that will create meaningful learning experiences. The format and content of this workshop will be tailored to meet the needs of delegates - we propose using TTS’s Programming Journey robotics range to bring learning to life and encourage creative development skills.
This workshop is led by Luke Milner, Global Product Training Manager at TTS. Luke has over 20 years of experience in the education, including 15 years in the classroom as an Advanced Skills Teacher and former Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for raising standards of teaching and learning across his Trust. Luke’s accreditations include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management. As a result of his research, he successfully introduced strategies to significantly improve behaviour for learning across many schools and is a regular guest speaker at Nottingham Trent University, sharing best practice with postgraduate students.

Earlier this year, we delivered a Programming Pathway workshop at York House in Hertfordshire. Tailored specifically for their curriculum and priorities as a school, this day-long workshop developed programming and computational thinking skills through the use of TTS’s range of programmable robots.
Luke has truly been an inspiration to students, families, and staff as we explored the TTS robot family. The buzz in lessons and workshops was contagious! It was an excellent day!"

Luke has run sessions at social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) schools, including Horizon Academy in East London. He ran a Robotics and Innovation event for pupils and their parents, focused on raising aspirations for STEM learning and developing technical skills.
The Robotics and Innovation event was a resounding success! We've never had that many parents attend a school event. We have also never had a child leave go on to leave our school for a STEM college course or career - I believe in a few years, through these collaborations with TTS Resources, we may have a fair few! I am now creating a pupil career passport to document the children's learning journey and skills developed along the way. Thank you to Luke and the TTS team!"

The 2025 Children’s People and Nature Survey found that 89% of children and young people in England want to do more to look after the environment. Enabling this goal, we are able to set a challenge to empower your children to make a difference in their schools, homes and wider communities, during fun and interactive activities. Focusing on the five Rs: recycle, reuse, repurpose/repair, reduce and rethink, the challenge will include competitions in terms of the reduction per student/member of staff; and between schools for family engagement.
This exclusive event is designed specifically for senior leadership teams, and is aimed at helping them to navigate the DfE’s 2030 roadmap for digital technology standards.
This session provides the confidence, clarity and actionable takeaways that trusts need and will enable them to:
- Cut through the technical jargon and gain a clear understanding of the DfE requirements.
- Understand where your Trust is now, and what you need to do before 2030.
- Carry out a high-level Red, Amber, Green (RAG) audit of your current provision.
- Translate your audit findings into a high-level plan, including immediate priority areas, the non-technical first steps, and determine how to involve technical leads effectively.
- Share challenges and solutions with other trust leaders.
