Updates from RM Unify

As we move through 2026, our goal remains focused on managing identities, securing data, and ensuring seamless access to resources across multiple sites.

What’s new?

Our recent updates focus on automation and granular control:

What’s on the road ahead?

We’re innovating to make RM Unify smarter and more resilient:

  • Emoji login: Removing barriers to sign in for younger users.
  • Teams Provisioning: Time saving by automatically provisioning Teams for those who don’t want to manually manage the rollout/creation of Teams.
  • Archive Google Classes: The ability to archive the previous year’s Google Groups/Classes to reduce manual archiving/deleting and allow a fresh start each academic year.

Why RM Unify?

RM Unify remains the ‘digital glue’ providing:

  • Single sign-on: One secure login for 200+ apps, reducing password fatigue and support tickets.
  • Centralized identity management: Automated provisioning means that when users join or leave, their access is updated instantly and accurately.
  • Compliance and safeguarding: Built-in alignment with DfE standards, ensuring your Trust meets its data protection and cyber security obligations.

RM Unify is more than just a landing page; it’s integral to a trust’s digital infrastructure. By automating the complicated and time-consuming parts of IT, we give teachers back the time to concentrate on what they need to do. IT shouldn’t be a headache, that’s where RM Unify comes in.
