The Confederation of Schools Trust (CST) annual conference will be held virtually between Wednesday 28th and Friday 30th April 2021. RM is a Platinum Partner of CST and is delighted to support the event for the second consecutive year.

The theme for this year’s conference is “A bridge to the future”. Experts and leaders in key policy and professional areas will discuss issues impacting the future of education. The event promises to be well-attended; with speakers including Gavin Williamson – Secretary of State for Education, Amanda Spielman – Ofsted Chief Inspector, Dominic Herrington – National Schools Commissioner and Ziauddin Yousafzai – Teacher, Malala’s father, activist for peace, women’s rights and education.

Developing an effective multi-academy trust technology vision and strategy

RM will host a Platinum Masterclass on “Cloud, Covid and the 5Cs of Trust ICT – How to develop an effective vision and strategy”. In this presentation, Hannah Wornham – School Trust Relationship Manager, Richard Hadland – Strategic Account Manager and Martin Pipe – Head of Service Design at RM will explore key areas and considerations for multi-academy trusts to refresh their ICT vision and strategy. They will touch on how to maximise economies of scale, the importance of compliance and managing change. To hear more, join our Masterclass on Thursday 29th April at 11:45 and our partner clinics on the 28th and 30th April at 1pm.

Transforming formative assessment across your multi-academy trust

Peter Collison, Head of Formative Assessment at RM, will demonstrate RM Compare, a new assessment methodology that offers a highly reliable alternative to traditional ways of marking. It enables teachers to assess student’s work more quickly and enables students to learn from their peers. It can also help maintain standards across trusts and support teacher professional development. Join Peter’s presentation on 29th April from 2pm at RM’s virtual exhibition stand to find out how RM Compare can transform your formative assessment.

We hope to see you there!
