RM Assessment and International Testing & Training Services (ITTS) are developing a strategic collaboration through which they intend to deliver a more integrated approach to the design, management and secure delivery of high-stakes digital assessments.
The collaboration will bring together RM Assessment’s assessment platform technology with ITTS’s established infrastructure and expertise in secure global examination operations, physical test centre networks and invigilation.
With more than 20 years of experience in assessment, RM Assessment provides digital assessment technology designed for reliable, large-scale delivery and a positive candidate experience. Its RM Ava end-to-end platform supports assessment organisations across the assessment lifecycle.
ITTS complements this with the operational capability required to deliver examinations securely across international markets, including physical test centre networks, partner delivery networks, invigilation and examination operations.
Together, the two organisations are exploring how assessment technology and operational delivery can work as a coordinated process - from exam booking and delivery through to security, incident handling and candidate support.
For awarding bodies and professional assessment organisations, the collaboration intends to provide a joined-up and adaptable approach to assessment delivery, combining the reach of an established global test network with modern assessment technology. This enables organisations to maintain control over their exam content, standards and candidate data, while supporting consistent delivery across different markets and assessment environments.
The collaboration will continue to develop, with both organisations exploring opportunities to support awarding bodies and assessment organisations with integrated assessment delivery.

Both RM Assessment and ITTS are attending the European Association of Test Publishers (e-ATP) Conference in Rome in October 2026, where representatives will be available to discuss the evolving approach and the future of integrated assessment delivery.
