There are a host of features included as standard with RM Voice Services, we've included these below as well as some more detail and explanation of what it includes.

Fully Managed Service As with all RM Connectivity Services, RM will look after everything for you from install and migration through to replacing damaged handsets and making changes to your settings.
Free handsets Our standard handsets included with every contract are the Grandstream GXP1625. Depending on your requirements we have options to upgrade your handset whether that's just a reception and office phone or the whole school.
Free replacement handsets Throughout your contract with RM we will replace any faulty handsets, whatever the cause.
24/7 support RM Service Desk are contactable with support issues 24/7.
Free calls As part of your package, you’ll receive free calls to UK landlines and mobiles, subject to our standard call policy.
Wellbeing hotline An anonymous recorded line set up for students or teachers to call without having to talk to a person and worry about being identified if they don’t wish to be. The call is then sent as a recording to a specified inbox for appropriate action to take place. Can help support the reporting of bullying without pupils being identified.
Emergency broadcasts A critical feature for full school safeguarding, should an issue arise you can alert all phones in the school of a safeguarding risk and request support/staff to be alert for potential issues. Examples include safeguarding and medical emergencies where students cannot be left alone.
Fraud monitoring Our in-built fraud monitoring and detection system continually checks the platform for unusual call patterns and proactively alerts and suspends accounts when needed to ensure you’re always in control and don’t end up with a surprise bill.
Free site-to-site calls Particularly useful for School Trusts and partner schools, free site-to-site calls with any schools also on RM Voice Services.
Time of day routing Set up different options for where calls get sent based on the time of day or school holidays.
Hunt groups Set up an automatic order of phone numbers for calls to pass through should the main lines not be available. Can be used alongside or instead of call forwarding.
Auto attendant Allows you to set up a menu system that directs callers to the right phone, for example dial 1 for general enquiries, 2 to report illness etc. You can also set up guidance on snow days such as “to check whether the school is open today visit www.schoolwebsite.co.uk."
Do not disturb and call blocking Allows you to set the phone to do not disturb, especially useful for head teachers in a meeting or classroom phones in lesson time and can also block certain calls either from specific numbers or at certain times of the day.
Voicemail to email service Automatically convert any voicemails into an email attachment.
Fax to email service Retire the old fax machine and save paper and money by automatically turning any incoming fax messages into email.
Call forwarding The ability to forward calls when the main handset is unavailable, can be to a mobile number or other landline. Ideal for out of hours, school trips, staff illnesses and more.
