We have now released V4.16 to live, which has a useful new addition to the bulk MIS user rename functionality.
With the new academic year just around the corner for most schools in England and Wales, this means a lot of new user accounts getting provisioned by RM Unify. Many schools will be using MIS sync as the main provisioning source, and in some cases schools like to use more bespoke configurations for their usernames and for that - we offer the bulk CSV upload feature.
Now with this new release, it is possible to apply user email address updates in line with changes applied to usernames which may have been bulk uploaded via CSV. This will help to keep usernames and email addresses closer in line with one another and therefore simpler for users to remember.
