RM prize draw – Terms & Conditions

PROMOTER: RM Education Limited, 142B Park Drive, Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, Oxfordshire OX14 4SE (“RM”)

1. Once you upload an image of video of RM Easimaths in use to Twitter, tag @RMEasimaths using the #WeloveEasimaths you will be automatically entered into this free draw.
2. By entering the RM Education prize draw in this way you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and you will therefore be legally bound by them.
3. Multiple entries are accepted.
4. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
5. The free draw will run from 29th March 2021 until midnight on 29th May 2021. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
6. The winner will be selected by an impartial judge.
7. The winner will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond to RM within fourteen (14) days of being notified by RM, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and RM shall be entitled to select another winner.
8. The prize will be delivered to the winner before 31st June 2021.
9. The prize for one winner is a bundle of prizes from TTS up to the value of £150. One winner will be selected by an impartial judge.
10. The prize can only be delivered to a valid postal address.
11. Upon entry into a free draw you automatically give permission for the use of your personal data in accordance with RM’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed at rm.com/privacy.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
