What is it?

The HP Education Learning Programme is a trade-in scheme that allows schools to send qualifying hardware of any brand to HP in exchange for £100 per device when a purchase of new HP devices is made.


How does it work?

The cashback you earn will be transferred via BACS payment within 30 days of HP receiving your trade-in devices - as long as they meet the full terms and conditions which can he found here

  • Responsible recycle old hardware in a GDPR compliant way;
  • A great way to move to Windows 10 if you are still using Windows 7 devices that are no longer supported;

Are you eligible?

Schools, colleges and academies located within the UK and the Republic of Ireland can all register to take part in the programme. As long as your devices are in working order, less than 10 years old and at least a 10" screen should qualify. If you are unsure, you can check your eligibility here

4 steps to making a claim

1. Purchase

Buy a qualifying laptop or desktop between 12th April and 31st October 2021

2. Claim

Use the claim form to register your new HP device(s) within 30 days of your purchase date

3. Trade-in

Once your claim has been approved, you will receive an email detailing everything you need to trade in your old devices

4. Reward

After receiving your trade-in device(s) and provided they met the terms of the promotion, a £100 cash payment for each eligible device will be issued within 30 days
