Gilda is a Service Manager - your central point of contact in RM. She focuses on customer satisfaction. Gilda can help you understand what you’re getting for your money through a comprehensive reporting system and makes sure we are delivering your contracted service effectively. Gilda has a complete view of all calls and requests made by you to RM and is there to ensure these are quickly resolved. You will also talk with Gilda about any ideas or plans you have for the future. She works closely with Andrew, your Account Manager.
Ajai is a Support Analyst and is part of the Support team that spans England, Scotland, and India. On a day-to-day basis, when you make a request or call, you will speak to Ajai or one of his colleagues, and if needed he will forward you to an expert to answer your query. Ajai has been working with UK schools for many years and understands the pressures of school life, so he is ideally placed to make the right judgements about a wide variety of issues and can escalate responses on your behalf.
Simon is one of our Technical Experts. Simon specialises in wired and wireless technology. If there is an issue, he will work through it with you to resolution.
Nimisha is one of our Technical Leads in the Proactive team. Nimisha works from our office in India, so she can run through checks and updates hours before the school day starts. Nimisha is an expert in cloud technologies and infrastructure and can spot if something isn’t right. If she can’t immediately fix a problem, she’ll pass the issue to the RM UK Support teams to action first thing in the morning.
Educationalist and Trainer
Sophie is an Educationalist and Trainer. Her role is to help your staff further develop their technical expertise, so they are confident about using new technology and can make the most of what it offers.
Louise, Ben, and Steve are your Design Authority team. Louise is an Educationalist and uses her depth of knowledge of how schools operate to make sure that any new proposed features and services offer the greatest benefits. Ben is a Technical Consultant with an eye on the technology horizon. He reviews all future developments in relation to your strategy, to check they are fit for purpose. Steve is a Commercial Lead and captures any changes to contract terms or costs, sharing them with you as needed.
The Design Authority team meet your Service Manager, Gilda, and your Account Manager, Andrew, monthly, to examine the service RM are providing and discuss any modifications or additions to your technology infrastructure. Collectively they make sure that technical updates are implemented in a controlled manner, with minimal disruption for your users.
Andrew is one of our Account Managers. He will help you scope and design new projects, working with you and your Service Manager, to understand what you want to achieve. He’ll also engage with our technical teams to make sure you get the best solution, and he takes immense pride in recommending the right products and services.
Lionel is a Solution Architect. Lionel checks that your solutions perform effectively together from a technical perspective, so that your investment is always delivering the highest quality service. Lionel spends all day talking to schools, so he is attuned to what you need both now and in the future.
