The Key Group (owners of Arbor MIS) had previously paid RM to allow access to RM Parent Portal for Integris customers (via RM Unify) until 31st May 2025. When that agreement ends, any customer who wants to continue accessing RM Parent Portal has the option to continue their subscription directly with RM.

Why is Arbor access ending?
Arbor is removing the link to RM Parent Portal from their platform. To maintain access, you’ll need to activate the portal within RM Unify or migrate fully to RM Unify if you’re not already using it.
Will we lose any data or features if we move?
No — your existing Parent Portal content remains accessible when you activate it in RM Unify. You’ll also gain extra features, like more control over access and branding.
Do we need to pay for RM Unify?
Yes, RM Unify is a paid product — but it offers powerful value for staff, pupils and parents, and replaces the need for multiple logins and fragmented access across tools.
How long does the setup take?
